BASKET is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by K2026377101 (South Africa), providing digital giving infrastructure to registered South African churches and faith-based organisations, and event ticketing infrastructure to South African schools. BASKET enables congregations to give, and parents and supporters to buy tickets, via WhatsApp, QR code, and web payment links.

All monthly subscription fees are charged in advance. BASKET does not charge transaction fees on congregation giving or ticket sales — only Paystack's standard payment processing fee applies. Current Paystack fees are available at paystack.com/za/pricing.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
All payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment service provider. By using BASKET, you also agree to Paystack's Terms of Service. BASKET does not store card details or handle funds directly — all giving and ticket sales go directly to your registered organisation's bank account via Paystack's subaccount infrastructure.

BASKET and all associated software, branding, and content are the intellectual property of K2026377101 (South Africa). You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of BASKET without written permission.
BASKET complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. Your data is never sold to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
BASKET reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
Upon termination, you will retain access to your transaction and ticket sales history for 90 days.
BASKET is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. BASKET's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
BASKET may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You will be notified by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of BASKET after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
